How to Apply

  1. Application on the prescribed forms for admission of each candidate along with the documents listed below must reach to the DSA office on the prescribed time on the date notified for the submission of Admission Form by the University in the press & Website. Any application received after this date, allotted time or found deficient in any respect will be immediately rejected. Any certificate or matter in addition to the specified requirement shall be treated as irrelevant and discarded and will not take any credit in merit criteria.
  2. The candidates applying for admission must attach attested copies (not originals) of the following:
  • Marks certificate of the qualifying examinations (All detail marks certificates of Matric/F.A/F.Sc/B.A./B.Sc/B.Com/M.A/M.Sc or equivalent examination)
  • Domicile
  • State Subject for AJK Nationals and Kashmiries refugees settled in Pakistan
  • CNIC
  • Character Certificate
  • NTS Result (for M.Phil or Equivalent)
  • Three recent photographs
  • Hafiz-e-Quran Certificate (if applicable)
  • Sports Certificates (if applicable)
  • A certificate duly signed by the Competent Authority of being a beneficiary under any of the reserved categories (if applicable)
  • Candidate finally selected for admission will be required to produce a Migration Certificate (in original) on joining the University
  • No Objection Certificate (in case of in-service candidate).
  1. Candidates desirous to opt for more than one department (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical…………); shall be required to mention their order of preference on the space provided on the same application form; and deposit an additional fee @ Rs. 100/- for each option on prescribed bank challan and attach receipt with the application form.
  2. Candidates desirous to apply on more than one category (Subsidized, Regular, Sports, Refugees……….) shall be required to apply on separate application form          for each category with all required documents. Additional forms are available            from the designated Bank branches on payment of prescribed fee.
  3. Candidates desirous to apply in more than one Faculty (Engineering, Sciences…..) shall be required to apply on separate application form for each faculty with all required documents. Additional forms are available from the designated Bank branches on payment of prescribed fee.
  4. Applications received in one category shall not be transferred to another category and order of preferences, once given will not be changed.
  1. If any seat becomes vacant after three weeks of start of classes the transfer of category (Regular to Subsidized or Regular to Reserve seats) shall not to be allowed.
  2. Candidates for categories at serial number 1-4, 13-19 in seat allocation chart shall apply directly at Mirpur University of Science and Technology.
  3. Candidates for categories 5-12 shall apply through their respective nominating       boards
