  1. The Bid documents can be obtained from and submitted in the office of the Project Director, Admin Block Mirpur University of Science & Technology (MUST) Mirpur Allama Iqbal Road, Mirpur (AJ&K) during office hours on submission of written application and upon payment of a nonrefundable cost of Bid documents Rs. 10,000/- in the form of Bank Draft/Pay order in favor of the Treasurer, MUST up-to 28-03-2017
  2. Bidders must observe and follow “Instructions to Bidders” as mentioned in Volume-IA of the Bidding Documents.
  3. Each bid must be accompanied by a BID SECURITY as mentioned above in PAK RUPEES, in the form of Call Deposit or Bank Guarantee by a Scheduled Bank in Pakistan, in favor of the Treasurer, MUST.
  4. Technical Bids will be opened in presence of the Bidders or their authorized representatives. After evaluation of the Technical Bids, the Employer will invite bidders who have submitted substantially responsive Technical Bids and have been determined as qualified for award, to attend opening of the Financial Bids. The date, time and venue of opening of Financial Bids will be intimated separately. The financial bids of technically not qualified bidders will be returned unopened.
  5. Conditional, incomplete and bids filled with lead pencil shall not be accepted.
  6. Pre-Bid meeting will be held on 28-03-2017 at office of the Project Director, MUST Mirpur (AJ&K).
  7. The Bidder must submit one original and one true photo copy of the bidding documents (Financial and Technical both separate sealed).
  8. Bids not accompanied by an prescribed Bid Security (with Technical Proposal), shall be rejected by the Employer being non responsive.
