The 10th Meeting of the Scholarship Management Committee (SMC) of Mirpur University of Science and Technology MUST, Mirpur AJ&K was held under the chairmanship of Prof. Dr. Anwar Khitab, Dean, Faculty of Health and Medical Sciences in the Electrical Conference Room of the City Campus. Dr. Mohsin Zafar, Director, Students Assistance Centre (SAC), extended a warm welcome to the members & thanked them for their valuable contributions before presenting the agenda, which primarily focused on finalizing the HBL-Foundation and Laraib Energy Ltd. Scholarships. Representatives from HBL Mirpur, Mr. Muhammad Maroof and Mr. Mohsan Raza Karim as well as representatives from Laraib Energy Ltd., Ms. Wajeeha Qayyum and Mr. Farrukh Zaheer, attended the meeting.

The committee endorsed the selection of 124 candidates for the HBL-Foundation Scholarship Scheme. Additionally, 37 shortlisted candidates for the Laraib Energy Ltd. Scholarship participated in interviews. Dr. Abdul Jabbar, Deputy Director, QEC, Mr. Ansar Ali Khan, Deputy Director, Students Affairs & Mr. Rashid Farooq, Assistant Director Budget also participated in the meeting. The session was coordinated by Mr. Zahir Ali Akbar, Deputy Director SAC along with Mrs. Sundas Jamil, DEO & Mr. Arshad Mehmood, DEO of Students Assistance Centre.
