The 39th Senior Management Course (SMC) of the National Institute of Public Administration (NIPA) visits MUST, Mirpur AJ&K as part of its Inland Study Tour (IST) to gain nuanced insight into University Governance, Management Practices & Operational Framework through interactive engagement thereby nurturing substantive dialogue that augments institutional understanding & promotes greater cohesion.
A delegation comprising Officers of BS-19 from Pakistan Administrative Service, Police Service of Pakistan, Inland Revenue Service, Pakistan Audit & Accounts Service, Information Group and Provincial Services participating in 39th Senior Management Course at National Institute of Public Administration (NIPA) Lahore visited Mirpur University of Science and Technology MUST, Mirpur AJ&K on Tuesday, April 21, 2026 as part of their Inland Study Tour (IST). The delegation was led by Dr. Muhammad Farooq & Ms. Nada Azhar, Directing Staff, Senior Management Wing accompanied by Mr. Shahid Gulzar, Coordinator 39th Senior Management Course was received at City Campus by Prof. Dr. Muhammad Sajid, Dean Faculty of Engineering & Technology along with Prof. Dr. Naeem Iqbal Ratyal, Registrar, Prof. Dr. Prof. Dr. Muhammad Khalique, Chief Finance Officer, Dr. Muhammad Saeed, Director Students Affairs & Dr. Muhammad Anwar who accorded warm welcome to the visiting Officers & Administration of NIPA. In his remarks Prof. Dr. Naeem Iqbal Ratyal welcomed the participants & highlighted the importance of such visits in strengthening links between Public Sector Universities & Senior Civil Bureaucracy. He then gave a presentation about the University’s Academic & Administrative setup, achievements, research work, challenges & future plans. After that participants asked questions which were answered by the University management. The visit ended with the exchange of shields between MUST & NIPA followed by a group photo.
