Under the preeminent leadership of Brigadier Younus Javed, VC MUST, Mirpur AJ&K the University triumphed with two Gold & one Silver Medals at the National Students Games, competing against 124 Universities across Pakistan as well as Azad Jammu & Kashmir; the achievement exhibits outstanding skill, sporting excellence & tenacity on the National stage, marking truly epoch-making achievement.

With the guidance of Brig (R) Prof. Dr. Muhammad Younus Javed SI (M), Vice Chancellor of Mirpur University of Science and Technology (MUST), Mirpur AJ&K, the directorate of Sports has achieved a remarkable victory at the 3rd National Students Games, held at the National University of Modern Languages (NUML), Islamabad, where students competed against 124 universities and colleges across Pakistan and Azad Jammu & Kashmir. Mr. Saad Farooq (President, MUST Sports Society / Department of Mass Communication) won the Gold Medal in Table Tennis (Singles) and, together with Mr. Rohaan Atwar Malik (Department of Software Engineering), also secured Gold in the Team Event. In the Girls’ Team category, Ms. Emaan (Department of Human Nutrition) and Ms. Faiza Shafique (Department of MIT) won a Silver Medal. This achievement reflects the hard work, dedication, and talent of our students.
