Introduction
Bachelor of Engineering Technology (Artificial Intelligence) program was launched in 2024 at the Mirpur Institute of Technology (MIT), under the Faculty of Engineering and Technology, MUST Mirpur AJ&K. This program is approved by National Technology Council (NTC), Pakistan. The primary aim of the program is to provide students with a comprehensive and practice-oriented education in artificial intelligence, integrating core principles of engineering technology. It emphasizes real-world applications, hands-on experience and problem-solving skills are essential for modern AI professionals. As technology increasingly influences industry and everyday life, this program equips students to contribute to and shape the future of intelligent systems. Graduates of this program are highly valued in both national and international job markets, not only as AI technology specialists in industry but also as potential doctoral candidates and future researchers in academia.
