The Department of Microbiology organized a research-based poster competition under the supervision of the BS Microbiology Programme Coordinator and the Subject Supervisor of Environmental Microbiology Dr. Tahseen Ismail. As part of this initiative, students conducted a comprehensive literature review, collected environmental samples from various locations, and performed experimental analyses on their own data. The findings were then presented in the form of scientific posters. This activity served as a constructive and engaging step towards fostering a research-oriented mindset among students.
