Faculty of Health and Medical Sciences (FHMS) of MUST, Mirpur AJ&K organised “Walk for Palestine” to express sympathies with brave people of Palestine, denounce the ferocious & inhumane acts of violence by State of Israel against homeless and barehanded women & children of Gaza.

Faculty of Health and Medical Sciences (FHMS) arranged a WALK to raise the voice for Al-Qudus. Prof. Dr. Anwar Khitab, Dean Faculty of Health & Medical Sciences, Dr. Main M. Zeeshan Javaid, Chairman, Department of Pharmacy, Dr. M. Sajjad, Department of Islamic Studies, Faculty Members, Administrative Staff ans Students of various departments of FHMS participated in the WALK and contributed enthusiastically in fundraising for noble cause.

Indeed such peaceful demonstrations and fundraising efforts can play a pivotal role in highlighting the issues faced by the people of Palestine and supporting their cause. Moreover these initiatives surely exert moral pressure on leading global powers to play their due role for peaceful settlement of the ongoing conflict in Middle East. Fundraising for humanitarian causes can help to provide aid and support to those are affected by conflict and hardship.
