Mirpur University of Science and Technology MUST, Mirpur AJ&K as a PEC-recognised professional engineering body, successfully organized a day-long seminar titled “Evolution of Maintenance Management Systems”. The event, hosted at the WAPDA Hydel Power Training Institute (HPTI), Mangla, brought together 20 esteemed participants, including the Chief Engineer, directors of HPTI, and WAPDA officers from hydroelectric power stations across Pakistan.

Dr. Zafar Ali Khan, Assistant Professor from the Department of Electrical Engineering at MUST, served as the resource person, delivering insightful sessions on modern maintenance models and their adaptation to evolving technologies in the energy sector. The seminar provided a valuable platform for learning and collaboration. Participants were awarded PEC certificates (1 Credit Point) upon successful completion.
