MUST Pallandri organized a program under the “Awareness Raising Workshop Alumni UK Climate Action Grant 2025.” The theme of the event was “Community Mobilization for the Promotion of Energy-Efficient and Environment-Friendly Wood Stoves,” designed specifically for the hilly areas of Pakistan.

On this occasion, Dr. Khurram Pervaiz, Dr. Saira Shah, and Dr. Mohsin Zafar from Mirpur University of Science and Technology (MUST) participated and addressed the seminar. Later, they distributed energy-efficient stoves among the deserving households in Pallandri.

The Mirpur team expressed heartfelt gratitude to Professor Munawar Hashmi, the Pallandri Campus Coordinator, along with his entire staff and students, for their dedicated efforts and cooperation in making this program a great success.
