Must Legal Centre, in collaboration with Muslim Hands, organized an impactful awareness session on women’s prenuptial rights at Jarikas Campus. The session aimed to educate and empower women about their legal rights before marriage, focusing on both Islamic and civil law.
This initiative aligns with the Centre’s mission to provide students with practical legal experience and engage with real-world issues. The event fostered meaningful discussions and offered students the opportunity to participate in vital legal advocacy that directly impacts society.
Attended by women from various departments, the session featured students and guest speakers, including experienced lawyers, who led and contributed to the discussions. By blending legal insight with real-world relevance, the session not only empowered women but also bridged the gap between legal theory and practical application—highlighting that understanding one’s rights is the first step towards true empowerment.
