The Business Incubation Centre of Mirpur University of Science and Technology MUST, Mirpur AJ&K organised a workshop on Business Model Development for Budding Entrepreneures. Engr. Dr. Sohaib Manzoor, Manager Innovations and Comercialization was the resourse person of the workshop. The workshop was focussed to provide participants with essential knowledge and skills needed to create effective and sustainable business models. Furthermore the students and faculty members were trained on various topics like understanding customer needs, identifying market opportunities, defining value propositions, designing revenue streams, crafting strategies for growth and scalability.The workshop helped the aspiring entrepreneurs to conceptualize, refine, and articulate their business ideas into viable Busnesse that can attract investment and thrive in the competitive marketplace.
