The launch of Muslim Hands’ Plantation Drive 2024 at Regency Hotel featured a keynote presentation by Dr. Mohsin Zafar, Associate Professor of Environmental Sciences at MUST. Dr. Zafar’s enlightening session, “Plants: Service to Life,” underscored the crucial role plants play in maintaining ecological balance and sustaining life on Earth.

This inaugural session marked the commencement of Muslim Hands’ ambitious initiative to plant thousands of trees, promote sustainability, and support environmental conservation. Aligned with the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), specifically SDG 13: Climate Action, SDG 15: Life on Land, SDG 11: Sustainable Cities and Communities, and SDG 17: Partnership for the Goals, this drive aims to:
