Mirpur University of Science and Technology MUST, Mirpur AJ&K hosted 140th Middle Management Course of WAPDA Administrative Staff College consists of 35 Officers who was lead by Mr. Anwar ul Haq General Manager /Principal WAPDA Administrative Staff College, Islamabad, Mr.Ghulam Ali, Course Director & Mr. Khawar Hussain Deputy Course Director.

Prof. Dr. Faisal Riaz Director, Offices of Research, Innovation and Commercialization (ORIC), Prof. Dr. Muhammad Naeem Iqbal Ratyal, Chairman Department of Electrical Engineering, Prof. Muhammad Khaleeq, Treasurer MUST, Dr. Muhammad Altaf, Director Student’s Affairs, Dr. Zafar Ali khan, Assistant Professor Department of Electrical Engineering and Mr. Imtiaz Ahmad Bhat, Director Network and Telecommunication Centre hosted the delegation of WAPDA Administrative Staff College, Islamabad. Prof. Dr. Faisal Riaz, Director ORIC with the help of multimedia briefed the delegation about the ongoing projects of the University, he also highlighted major achievements, advancements and international fame which Mirpur University has attained. Director projected technology related accomplishments of ORIC, Faculty of Engineering and Technology, Faculty of Natural and Applied Sciences and milestones achieved by other faculties of the MUST, Mirpur AJ&K.

In question and answer session besides Prof. Dr. Faisal Riaz, Director ORIC, Prof. Dr. Naeem Iqbal Ratyal, Chairman Department of Electrical Engineering and Dr. Muhammad Altaf, Director Student’s Affairs responded to the audience.

Prof. Dr. Naeem Iqbal Ratyal, Chairman Department of Electrical Engineering led the delegation during visit of MUST City Campus. Officers and faculty members of 140th Middle Management Course visited Central Library and Department of Electrical Engineering, Lab Directors briefed the participants about infrastructure & functions of Electronics Lab, Communication Lab, Circuit Lab, Power Distribution and Utilization Lab, Computer Labs, Post-Graduate Lab, High Voltage Lab, Digital Lab, Power System Protection & Transmission Lab, Machine Lab, Control Lab, Power Electronics Lab, Renewable Energy Lab and ETAP Lab. Mr. Anwar ul Haq General Manager /Principal WAPDA Administrative Staff College, Islamabad handed over college shield to Prof. Dr. Naeem Iqbal Ratyal.
