The National Technology Council (NTC) conducted an official visit to Mirpur University of Science and Technology MUST, Mirpur AJ&K for the Accreditation of the BSc Architecture Engineering Technology program and the zero visit of the newly proposed Bachelor of Engineering Technology (Artificial Intelligence) program. The NTC delegation was warmly received upon arrival at the Department by Prof. Dr. Anwar Khitab, Dean Faculty of Health and Medical Sciences, Prof. Dr. Muhammad Sajid, Dean Faculty of Engineering and Technology & Dr. Sajjad Manzoor, Director MIT along with faculty members. During visit the NTC delegation toured the University’s infrastructure including the Central Library, Laboratories and Departmental facilities such as those of Software Engineering and Civil Engineering. The team also interacted with students and faculty members to assess the academic environment, teaching standards & research culture within the institution.

Prof. Dr. Umair Abdullah, Team Lead NTC / AI Expert, Dr. Rashid Farooq, Architecture Expert & Mr. Muhammad Fahad Amin, NTC Representative had an exclusive interactive session with Brig (R) Prof. Dr. Muhammad Younus Javed SI (M), Vice Chancellor MUST at University Secretariat. Various aspects of the visit were discussed in detail, highlighting MUST commitment to maintaining high academic & infrastructural standards in line with national requirements. As a token of remembrance Brigadier Younus Javed presented University shields to the honourable members of the NTC delegation.
