The Directorate of Research, Innovation, and Commercialization (ORIC) at Mirpur University of Science and Technology (MUST), successfully hosted a workshop titled “From Concept to Commercialization: PSF Grant Assistance” at the NTC Video Conference Room, City Campus, Mirpur Azad Kashmir. The event focused on crafting impactful research proposals for the Pakistan Science Foundation (PSF) Competitive Research Programme (CRP) and strategies for research commercialization.

The workshop was led by Prof. Dr. Faisal Riaz, Director ORIC, who served as the resource person. Engr. Irfan Jamshed, Manager Research Management, and Ms. Samina Kausar, Manager Innovation and Commercialization, facilitated the event. Faculty members from various departments actively participated, making the session both interactive and insightful. Key topics covered during the workshop included strategies for developing successful PSF CRP proposals and approaches to translating research concepts into commercially viable solutions.This initiative underscores ORIC’s commitment to enhancing research capacity, fostering innovation, and promoting research commercialization at MUST.
