Brigadier Younus Javed inaugurates Prime Minister’s Youth Laptop Distribution Ceremony (Phase-III) 2025 for 461 Students of MUST, Mirpur AJ&K; an initiative to capacitate high-achieving Students with digital tools for scholastic brilliance & research ingenuity evinced through the State’s staunch resolve towards Youth empowerment via technology-driven education

Brig (R) Prof. Dr. Muhammad Younus Javed SI (M), Vice Chancellor Mirpur University of Science and Technology MUST, Mirpur AJ&K inaugurated the Laptop Distribution Ceremony under the Prime Minister’s Youth Laptop Scheme (Phase-III) 2025. The event was organized by the Students Assistance Centre (SAC) under the Prime Minister’s Youth Programme (PMYP) which is a flagship initiative aimed at enhancing digital access & enhancing academic growth across Pakistan. During the ceremony laptops were distributed to 461 eligible university students strictly on the basis of academic merit with the objective of strengthening their learning & research capabilities while enabling effective engagement with contemporary digital resources.

Addressing the gathering Brigadier Younus Javed congratulated the students who received laptops & encouraged them to uphold the same spirit of dedication & hard work in the future to achieve lasting success in life. He also shared personal experiences to exemplify how perseverance, discipline & sustained effort lead to meaningful achievements and emphasized the responsible and productive use of technology for academic growth. He also commended Dr. Mohsin Zafar, Director Students Assistance Centre (SAC) & his team for the successful organization of the ceremony.
