The Azad Jammu & Kashmir University of Bhimber (AJ&KUoB) organized a heartfelt retirement ceremony in honour of Prof. Dr. Khizar ul Haq, who retired on superannuation as Registrar of Mirpur University of Science and Technology (MUST), Mirpur, AJ&K. The event was attended by faculty members, administrative staff, and distinguished guests to celebrate his remarkable contributions to the academic sector. The ceremony was graced by Brig. Prof. Dr. Muhammad Younus Javed, SI (M), Vice Chancellor, MUST/AJ&KUoB, Dr. Abid Hussain, Registrar, AJ&KUoB, Dr. Muhammad Saim Hashmi, Dr. Muhammad Ajaib, and Dr. Abdul Haseeb along with Mr. Muhammad Naveed, Deputy Registrar, MUST and Dr. Waqas Faryad. During their speeches, the Vice Chancellor and other dignitaries commended Prof. Dr. Khizar ul Haq’s dedicated service, particularly acknowledging his instrumental role in securing land for AJ&KUoB and his invaluable contributions to MUST. Speaking on the occasion, Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Muhammad Younus Javed expressed deep appreciation for Dr. Khizar ul Haq’s leadership, commitment, and long-standing dedication to academic and administrative excellence. Dr. Abid Hussain, Registrar, AJ&KUoB, also extended gratitude on behalf of the university for his unwavering support and guidance. The ceremony concluded with a lavish lunch.
