Mirpur University of Science and Technology MUST, Mirpur AJ&K & University of Gujrat jointly organised a Capacity Building Workshop designed to equip university educators with advanced teaching methodologies and skills to foster enriched learning experiences. The workshop, attended by a diverse group of university teachers and scholars, featured insightful sessions, interactive discussions, and was graced by the presence of the esteemed Dean of Faculties of both universities. The workshop featured prominent speakers and facilitators who are renowned in the field of education and pedagogy.

In her keynote address, Pof. Dr. Tehseen Ghous Dean Faculty of Social Science and Humanities MUST, Mirpur emphasized the pivotal role of quality education in shaping the future of society. She underscored that educators bear the responsibility of nurturing critical thinking, creativity, and holistic development in students.Prof. Dr. Zahid Yousaf, Dean Faculty of Arts University of Gujrat while addressing participant and senior faculty member, said that aim of these workshops are to provide ample networking opportunities for attendees to connect with like-minded individuals, experts, and potential collaborators. The networking sessions allowed participants to forge new partnerships and explore avenues for collective action and support.

Addressing the closing ceremony Muhammad Kashif Najeeb, Coordinator Department of Mass Communication MUST, Mirpur said that this workshop enhanced the skills of teachers and strengthened their determination to drive positive change in their communities. The capacity building workshop’s impact is expected to ripple through various spheres, with participants becoming change agents in their respective fields he further added.
