The Strategic Planning Committee of the USAID’s HESSA project held an important meeting in the Conference Room of MUST Secretariat Jarikas. The aim of the meeting was to help different Administrative Offices learn how to create their own mini-plans which will be part of the University’s overall 5-year strategic plan. Brig (R) Prof. Dr. Muhammad Younus Javed SI (M), Vice Chancellor Mirpur University of Science and Technology MUST, Mirpur AJ&K chaired the subject meeting which was also attended Prof. Engr. Dr. Naeem Iqbal Ratyal, Head of Strategic Planning, Prof. Dr. Muhammad Khalique, Treasurer MUST, Prof. Engr. Dr. Khuram Pervez Amber, Director QEC, Dr. Mian Muhammad Zeeshan, Chairman Department of Pharmacy, Dr. Sehrish Shafi, Coordinator Department of English, Dr. Samreen Ayaz, Coordinators Department of CS&IT, Mr. Daud Ali Siddiqui, SPS to Vice Chancellor & Engr. Irfan Jamshed, Manager Research Management, ORIC. During the meeting Dr. Sehrish provided a detailed update on the progress of the strategic plan, highlighting the importance of mini-plans in aligning departmental goals with the University’s broader vision. The session concluded with a vote of thanks marking a significant step forward in MUST’s strategic planning efforts. This initiative reflects the University’s commitment to encouraging teamwork & high standards.
