The Doctor of Physical Therapy is a clinical degree that signifies the high level of education and training in the field of physical therapy. It is conferred upon individuals who have successfully completed a rigorous and comprehensive program that combines theoretical knowledge, clinical skills, and research expertise. DPT graduates are equipped to evaluate, diagnose, and treat a wide range of movement disorders and functional limitations across the lifespan.

  • To develop clinical expertise in the examination, evaluation, and management of cardiovascular, neuromuscular, musculoskeletal, cardiopulmonary, gynecological, pediatric, geriatrics and Sport Physical therapy.
  • To amalgamate the patient values and preferences into treatment plans, recognizing the unique needs of individuals from diverse backgrounds.
  • Promote a foundation of critical thinking skills, enabling graduates to analyze and apply current research evidence to inform clinical decision-making.
  • Nurture collaboration and effective communication with other healthcare professionals to facilitate comprehensive patient care.
