Dr. Qurah-tul -Ain, Head of the Departments of Public Administration, University of Kotli (UoK) spoke to a seminar as Guest Speaker, organised by Dr. Moshin Zafar, In charge Youth Development Center of Mirpur University of Science and Technology MUST, Mirpur AJ&K on Thursday, May 25, 2023.

In the welcome note the Focal person of the Youth Development Center MUST, Dr. Mohsin Zafar briefly highlighted the importance and ongoing activities at YDC-MUST. He also welcomed the guest speaker and thanked her for paying a visit to the MUST.

Dr. Qurah-tul -Ain, delivered a comprehensive talk on Entrepreneurs cross the fine line between Crazy and Genius. She briefed the participants of the seminar about the successful entrepreneurs and how a young university graduate can explore and convert their ideas by considering the bold, grand and audacious vision that others may perceive as crazy. They dare to challenge the status quo and envision possibilities that seem far-fetched to most people. Their ability to think big and dream beyond conventional limits sets them apart.

Similarly, she elaborated that successful entrepreneurs embrace risk and are willing to venture into the unknown. They are comfortable with uncertainty and are not afraid to take calculated risks to pursue their goals. This fearlessness can appear crazy to some, as they are willing to bet their time, resources, and reputation on their ideas. While on the other hand entrepreneurs face numerous obstacles and failures along their journey. What separates them is their unwavering determination and persistence. They possess an unyielding belief in their ideas, often refusing to give up even when the odds seem stacked against them.

The guest speaker emphasized on the young graduates that they must constantly push boundaries, experimenting with new ideas and approaches and that must be willing to explore unconventional paths and explore uncharted territories to achieve their dreams. The students have a detailed answer and question session with the guest speaker, and they shared many viable ideas on the subject title of the seminar.

Certificates were awarded to the student’s members of the organizing committee from the department of Sociology and English. At the end, Brig. (R) Prof. Dr. Muhammad Younus Javed SI (M), Vice Chancellor, MUST, Mirpur AJ&K presented a shield to the guest speaker and thanked for her visit to the MUST and for future collaborations.
