“An empowered Organization is one in which individuals have the knowledge, skills, desires and opportunity to personally succeed in a way that leads to collective organizational success”.Mirpur University of Science & Technology (MUST) has given the top priority to Quality Enhancement Cell being part of MUST for better perspective of the interventions that have been shown to work across the world in improving quality of Education to meet International Standards.
Recent attempts at improving the quality of education have tended to rely on National and International Educational policy reforms that build on the rich research findings through linking educational inputs to student achievement. Using the experience and knowledge of the people who work in and seek to improve the quality of their primary Institutions, the framework presented in MUST offers an opportunity to improve its effectiveness and to provide Quality Education.
Based on the fact “Quality is not the responsibility of an individual; rather it is the responsibility of all”, a complete Quality Enhancement Cell is working in close collaboration with the Vice Chancellor to perform the following salient functions:
